Nigel Mills: background and training
 

I have been practising Qigong since 1991. I do not claim to be an authorised teacher of any one school or approach to Qigong. I am indebted to some excellent teachers over the years who have all informed and enhanced my practise. These include: Simon Carey-Morgan; Brian Cooper; Bruce Frantzis; Daverick Leggett; Dek Leverton and Zhixing Wang.

 

In addition to practising Qigong I am a Licensed Acupuncturist (LicAc) with the British Academy of Western Medical Acupuncture and a Craniosacral therapist, trained with the Institute of Craniosacral Studies. 

 

I have been inspired by my own experience of Qigong to develop training programmes for people with special needs, including people with mental health problems and people with multiple sclerosis. This work has led to a book:
